Delete it in the app

1. Open Raunaq and go to your profile.
2. Open Settings, then Account.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Or ask us by email

Email support@getraunaq.com from the email address you sign in with, with the subject "Delete my Raunaq account" and your username. We'll confirm and delete the account within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your profile, photos, bio and username.
• Your friends, follows, messages, posts and comments.
• Your coins, items, levels and any remaining VIP time. These can't be restored or refunded.

What we keep, and for how long

• Purchase and payment records, for as long as tax and accounting law requires (up to 7 years).
• Records of bans and serious rule-breaking, including device identifiers, so banned people can't come back. These are kept only as long as needed for safety.
• Messages you sent to others may stay visible to them where they've been kept as evidence in a report.

If you also use Mohalla with the same account, deleting your Raunaq account doesn't delete your Mohalla account. Ask us if you want both deleted.
